Domestic Returns:

If for any reason you’re  are unsatisfied with your purchase from Ocean Tec-USA we accept returns within 20 days of the original purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back into our warehouse. Any orders will be subjected to a  $5.00 restocking fee which we deduct from the refund.

Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

International Returns: 

We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf on the buyer. The buyer authorizes Ocean Tec-USA to import the goods on his behalf. The buyer will pay the taxes and duties in addition with the purchase price of the merchandise. For questions or issues please contact lab@oceantec-usa.com

Returning a defective Product:

Please contact customer service within 7 days from purchase at lab@oceantec-usa.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through the shop.oceantec-usa.com website. In FAQ it says 7 days?

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like to make an exchange simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our website. Any returns will be subjected to a  $5.00 restocking fee which we deduct from the refund.
